Meditation: — 16 minute guided meditation (I am a healthy goddess)

Body Goodness: I am feeling good in my body. I do notice a boost in my energy in the last few weeks which feels awesome! I want to have more pleasure while I am eating by savoring more. It’s easy to do other things while eating, but it’s a fun practice to do nothing else other than give my full attention to the experience of eating. The sensual part of my Goddess is wanting to play too. 🙂

Mind/Heart/Spirit Goodness: Pleasure and community are on my mind/heart. I love shifting my frame of mind to one of pleasure. Tuning into my senses and finding the joy and gratitude in everything I do. It’s always available sometimes we just need to do a reframe. It feels playful and Goddess-like, which is a big part of my essence so I want to ensure she’s gets enough fun time. 😉

It’s also vital to have community in a pleasure filled life…engaging with other people, having fun and creating joyful interactions. In the Rock Your Goddess Life program we go on Goddess Adventures where we go and explore, get out of our comfort zone and play with the world. I haven’t prioritized that since becoming a Momma but whenever I do I feel invigorated! Gonna re-visit this and see how I can add little splashes of delight into my days.

Gratitude & Appreciation: I am grateful for our amazing caregiver. We have been so blessed to have her for almost 2 1/2 years and she might be moving to another city with her family. She has been supporting us every week for about 9-14 hours. It has been such a huge blessing for me so that I could create/work and also do my self-care. Plus, she is so aligned with how we live and parent, she raised her children with RIE principles too. #golden I am grateful for hubby for helping clean the kitchen. I am grateful for our attuned child. I am still in awe when he tells me he’s ready for a  nap or bed and goes and gets into bed. Love that kid! I am grateful for our sweet doggie. He is the perfect dog for us. I am grateful for my creative dreams. #thankyou

“Ask yourself, What in my life gives me the greatest sense of pleasure and purpose?” — Alisa Vitti

Morning Delight TeaIMG_3255.JPG
Clean gut shake w/coconut milk/ground chia + flax
16 oz green juice
tiny bowl of raw ice cream (see recipe below)
Big salad (half of the big salad bowl in the picture) w/ground beef + nori sheets + 1/2 coconut wrap + olives

The picture above is what our family dinner looks like most nights. I usually do a bit of a buffet style where I make a bunch of food and everyone eats what they want. I love salads and my husband likes cooked greens. So, I made him some kale and chard with sea salt and ghee. My son usually eats a little bit of all of it. 🙂 I find this is easier and good enough (see below). This way everyone can create their ideal bowl with what I’ve prepared. It took me about 25 minutes to make dinner tonight (which includes having a toddler running around which usually means a few starts and stops during that time. 😉 )

Raw Ice Cream Recipe:
4 raw whole eggs
4 raw egg yolks
1 c. coconut milk
6 TB coconut oil
2 TB MCT oil
5 TB ghee
1 TB sunflower lecithin
2 TB grated cacao butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vitamin c
sweeten to taste – I use about 30 drops of stevia (also use xylitol or other favorite)
1/2 cup of ice
1/4 cup of water

(You can also add coconut flakes, cacao nibs/powder or any other decadent deliciousness you desire)

Blend in a blender until it’s super creamy and then pour mixture into an ice cream maker. I use this one. It’s super easy. Enjoy!

*This recipe is inspired by Dave Asprey’s “Get Some” Ice Cream recipe. He says  the fat and nutrition can kick start your libido. Altho, I can’t say that I’ve experienced that effect yet. 😉

* 20 minute rebounding + 30 burpees (finished watching interview Alisa that I posted yesterday)
* 30 minute walk doing errands pushing E in the stroller
* family adventure/walk to the park after dinner

Affirmation: I am a joyfully divine Goddess

Body Goodness: I am limiting my phone/computer time today. My body (and mind) seem to really enjoy unplugging. I feel renewed and present and sensually alive and connected to the simplicity of being when I do this. I have to be mindful to not live in my head too much. It’s vital I drop down in my body, relax and create spaciousness in my body, thoughts and life. I find I can embody my divine sensuality and spirituality more this way. I believe a woman’s spirituality resides in her body. My desire is to continue to embody and cultivate my divine feminine and rock my Goddess life. 🙂

Mind/Heart Goodness: I started tracking my 168 hours this week. Excited to get a big picture on how I’m creating my week. Just the act of recording my time has made me more aware of what I am choosing to do. My desire is to create a life where I  intentionally choose what I do with my minutes/hours/days.

There are things I love to do…things like writing, creating, reading, exercising and cooking. There are things like cleaning, laundry, making phone calls, that aren’t top on my love list. So…I’m trying to simplify and find ways to do less of those things while creating more time to do activities that bring me joy. And, when I am doing something like cleaning my intention is to bring as much joy, presence and gratitude as possible. The funny thing is once I get in a flow I actually kinda like it. 😉

My perfectionist (although she tries to convince me I don’t have one) can tend to get in the way. I can hear the voice tell me: “If I was *really* good at managing my time I would do it all perfectly and everything would get done with ease because I would be soooo organized!!” Maybe? Yes, of course there is room for improvement AND sometimes Good Enough is Good Enough.

I actually have a book called Good Enough is the New Perfect. HA! That was my mantra today. Good Enough. Dishes are good enough. House is good enough. My blog is good enough. My nutrition is good enough. Exercise is good enough. Boom! I am good enough! Can I get Amen? 😉

Today I’m reading: I am re-reading my notes from WomanCode by Alisa Vitti + 60% through I Know How She Does It. I am enjoying the book although I can’t relate as much as I thought I would. She profiles a lot of “professional” woman who work 40+ hours a week. That’s not where I am. I’m more of a Mama Goddess who wants to find creative ways to be vibrantly healthy, create/write more, find more flow with home and family and have as much fun as possible…and help others do the same. But, I am still learning things from the book so I’m happy I’m reading it. 🙂

Gratitude + Appreciation: I am grateful for all the super smart and committed people and all of the amazing work they do in the world. There are some awe inspiring peeps out there. I am grateful for all the people who share their lives + stories. I feel connected and a deep gratitude for their courage. I am grateful for all the lessons I’ve learned on this path so far. Each one has helped me to shed something that wasn’t who I truly was. Blessed to be creating an authentically awesome life. Thank you for it all.

I am feelingcurious, inspired and desiring to go on more adventures. 🙂
