A spiritual intention is a resounding YES to awakening to your fullest potential. It may include several of your life structures: mental, emotional, financial, relational — because there is no aspect of your life that is not spiritual. Spiritual is a word that indicates our true nature is of the Spirit, the fundamental goodness of life, and nothing is separate from the Spirit. Affirm it, embody it, live it. — Michael Beckwith

Affirmation/Intention: Be present. Choose love. ❤
I am wondering about my menstrual cycle. Today is day 35 and nothing. In the last year and a half I’ve only had one month where it went 34 days. I know I’m not pregnant (I did a test yesterday hehe). Although I am very excited to have more children. That’s a post for another day. 🙂
I am excited to dive into becoming even more aware of the different phases of my menstrual cycle too. I am currently really fascinated with this idea of syncing my life with my cycle. It just feels juicy and divine and powerful. As SARK says: I am a Succulent Wild Woman. That’s what it feels like to me.
Mind/Heart Goodness: Today I was appreciating all the unique things about my purpose and my life…my story. We all have a story. I am fascinated with how we become who we are. I know I’ve spent a good part of my life thinking I wasn’t doing my story right or good enough. I actually felt a burst of celebration taking a big picture view of my life today. It all makes sense.
I love who I am and who I am becoming. I have awesome gifts. We all do. But, we might miss them because we are trying so hard to do something that just isn’t us. What would life look like if we embraced all of ourselves? We powerfully declared this is who I am? All of our little quirks and likes and dislikes is what makes us geniuses in our own special way.
Daily Love Practice: I woke up this morning thinking about love. What does it mean to love? What does it look like as a practice? At 5:30 this morning cuddling with my little miracle I thought…love is taking time to truly “see”and “be” with another human being. It’s resting in our essence as we say hello to another.
I did this with my son many times today. He would talk and I would stop and look him in the eyes and silently say: “I love you”. Then, I would pause in the space for a few more moments than I normally would. It was beautifully simple. Just the simple act of pausing and feeling love made me feel so much more connected to myself and to him.
Gratitude + Appreciation: I am grateful that my son tells me he’s ready for bed and goes and gets some books and crawls into bed. So awesome! 🙂 I am grateful for this leisure time I have at night to reflect on my day. I am grateful for clean water. I am grateful for the money flowing through our life. I am grateful for all the people that support us with the work we do. Thank you. Thank you.
