Bliss Diary – June 15, 2015

Nutrition:
7:30 longevity tea w/coconut milk, mct oil, ghee, stevia

9:30 post workout 25 oz green juice
10:45 cl
ean gut shake

1:00 chocolate muffins (from yesterday)
4:00 cup of mulberries + ginger/lemon kombucha
5:30 big romaine salad (1 avocado, dulse, coconut aminos, lemon) w/ raw wraps

Body Goodness: I am starting the Clean Gut by Dr. Junger. I will be integrating some other herbs and supplements as well for the next 6-8 weeks. I am so grateful for all the tests that are available nowadays. I’ve been guessing for a lot of years and in the last 3 years I’ve learned so much on how I can improve my health.

I talked with Alan Christianson today on how to optimize my thyroid and adrenals. I did a stool test by Genova Diagnostics that Dr. Junger gave me and realized I still have some healing work to do. And, WellnessFx has been amazing. I love that you can buy different packages without going to a doctor to get regular blood tests.

Movement:

* 20 minute walk (listened to Direct Your Attention from Catherine Ingram’s podcast)
* evening family walk to the park

Affirmation/Intention: I love myself. I consciously give love everywhere I go today. In beauty make I walk.

Habit I’m working on:
 I’ve done the Mom’s 1 line a day – A five-year memory book everyday for the last month. I’m lovin’ this simple habit. I know next year when I come back to where I am right now I will thoroughly enjoy seeing what I was thinking/feeling/appreciating during this season of my life. 

Magical + Miraculous Moment: Last night when I climbed into bed (I still co-sleep) with my son I just watched him sleep for about 5 minutes. I had tears in my eyes and a smile on my face thinking about much I love him. I love him more than anything in the whole world. I felt the intensity and the power of my love as I breathed into my heart and felt his essence. #mamabliss #bestfeelingever

Gratitude + Appreciation: I am grateful for my health. I am grateful for my body. I am grateful for the awesome woman who supports us with my son. I am grateful for spaciousness and peace. I am grateful for Catherine Ingram’s presence and work. I am grateful for the pile of books on my desk. I am excited to read all of them. I am grateful for the work I’ve over the years so that when I get triggered (like I did tonight) I can sink back into my center and realize it’s all a story. I can let it go. I can choose gratitude. #blessed
