This video is about my journey with nutrition. I share why I’m no longer vegan (after almost 9 years) and how I am eating now.
I don’t talk about the animal rights of veganism in this video. I think animal welfare is an important issue and one that I am still integrating. I also believe that optimal nutrition and ethics are two separate conversations. I might share more about this topic in the future.
